Our application process consists of two steps. You will be tagged an IL member immediately. This will give you guild hall access and allow you to meet our members in guild chat. It also lets you to use the Guild Banner to get to raid locations easily. You will earn bkp while raiding with us and will be able to bid on items from your very first raid. The recruitment steps are as follows:

Once your application is accepted, you have been approved to raid with us and are at Step 1. It is a time to lean our strats and procedures, along with how we operate through other members of your class and your mentor. Most applicants remain at step one for 30 days.

General Application:
30 days spent as an applicant.
25% minimum raid attendance.
X-server bonus - 350bkp!
All required flags must be up to date (Currently - Void E).

High-End Player Application:
2 week app period!
2500 minimum AA.
50% minimum raid attendance.
X-server bonus - 500bkp!
All required flags and experience raiding our content (Korofax, Warrens, Rallos Returns, Queen Malarian, BlackBurrow).

- We have space for a few exceptional clerics and want to reward you for the time you have put into your character. We will gift you 1 bkp (our spendable currency) for each AA you have acquired (not including glyphs). [offer valid through April 30, 2010].

Not meeting minimum stats:
You will remain an applicant until you meet our minimum requirements (aa, level)
You must meet those minimums within 60 days (dedication is your friend, exceptions may apply)


The voting process:
Upon promotion to step 2, the IL membership will vote on your becoming a Full Member. The votes are yes, no or extend. Approximately 75% of the votes must be positive to become a regular member.

If the results mandate an extension, your application will be extended for two weeks, followed by a second and final yes or no vote.
