Once your application is accepted, you have been approved to raid with us on a trial basis. The trial lasts no more than 28 days, exceptionally qualified applicants will have a significantly shortened trial. During your application phase it is a time to learn our strats and procedures, along with how we operate. Officers, other members of your class and a mentor will be available to assist.


You will be tagged an IL member immediately, you will earn bkp while raiding with us. This will give you guild hall access and allow you to meet our members in guild chat. It also lets you to use the Guild Banner to get to raid locations easily.

Expectations:
Maximum 28 days spent as an applicant, may be significantly shorter. 30% minimum raid attendance. Performance similar to other members (parses, spell cast logs etc may be reviewed). Good attitude, patience, and willingness to try suggested techniques is required.

The voting process:
There is a small team of people that evaluate applicants. These people determine when you are meeting expectations at which point you will immediately be made a new member. The list of members who evaluate applicants is available in the Novus Lepus Chatter section of the forum.


New member details: The officers have a list of expectations that all members should have. These may include expected AAs, group flagging completed, stat building quests complete, a satisfactory set of armor and augs. Self sufficiency including ability to invis, shrink, levitate, navigate maps. After successfully passing your application you will be held as a new member until you are meeting all of these expectations. A new member has the exact same status as a full member and their membership is permanent. The only exception is that a new member’s looting order remains equal to applicants until the requirements are met.

All classes (except clerics and beastlords - see priority recruiting below) receive a 1000 point bkp bonus (our spendable currency) upon successfully completing our applicant process and being voted in as a full member.
